How can I track my order?
When an order has been placed, an email will be sent to the customer with all the relevant details on how to track & trace.
The item I want is out of stock / unavailable, can I pre-order?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept pre-orders for items that are not currently available.
Pre-orders cannot be taken via the website or through our customer services team. For some of our most popular lines where we are expecting more stock to arrive soon. If you contact us via the chat we may be able to update you on stock or similar items.
I want to cancel/amend my order
I need to change the address on my order
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the details of your order once it has been submitted. If there is important information missing from a delivery address, such as house number or post code, then despite not being able to directly amend the address, we are able to pass this information to the courier prior to them delivering your parcel. In some circumstances, if we are unable to contact the courier, we can request cancellation of the delivery and return the parcel to sender (RTS).

How do I find out if you're getting any more stock in?
Unfortunately we can't be completely sure of expected stock dates but we can advise via the chat service.
